Through different key ULI programs that are currently supported by the Annual Fund, students and real estate professionals can receive special scholarships for university programs as well as ULI programs throughout the year.

Through the Women’s Leadership Initiative, all women members who show engagement within ULI with a minimum of seven years’ experience in the real estate industry or a related field with leadership and responsibility in her professional career can be one of 10 winners who will receive complimentary registration and up to $2,000 reimbursement for transportation and lodging expenses each year. Winners will also be recognized during the WLI Reception and will be paired with a WLI mentor to assist them in navigating the Fall Meeting experience.

The Graduate Student Fellowship is a two-year program open to second-year graduate students in real estate disciplines. The fellowships are funded through the ULI Annual Fund by donors who are interested in cultivating the industry’s future leaders. Graduate Student Fellows apply and are selected directly by their schools. Participating university programs are Cornell University; University of Colorado, Boulder; UC Berkeley; and the University of Pennsylvania.

With support from generous donors every year, the ULI Annual Fund can continue to support these vital scholarship programs and grow them in the future.
